1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Easy Tweet Deleter (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

ETD allows you to import your X archive, filter content, and delete tweets or unlike posts through the official X API. You must have a valid X account and the legal right to delete the content you select.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for tweets, likes, and bookmarks you choose to delete or unlike.
• Deletions are permanent on X. We cannot restore deleted content.
• You must comply with X's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
• You must not use the Service to harass others or violate third-party rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your X account and OAuth authorization secure.

4. OAuth authorization

By signing in with X, you authorize us to perform actions you request on your account (such as deleting tweets and removing likes) via the X API. You may revoke access by disconnecting in Settings or on X's connected apps page.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Refund policies, if any, will be stated at purchase. We may change pricing with notice.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer our software, overload our systems, or use automated means beyond normal product features without permission.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. X API changes, rate limits, or outages may affect deletions. We are not responsible for X's actions or policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETD and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content on X.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your Profile. Upon termination, your stored data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
